Kids & Teens Cooking Classes

Let’s get the good eating/cooking and nutrition train rolling as early as we can. All of our kids cooking classes are hands-on and 2 hours long, focusing on age appropriate skills and techniques to make life-long lovers of good food.

Kids Ages 8-12

We focus on recipe reading, kitchen safety, understanding ingredients, sanitation, sautéing, mixing, working in groups and more!

 

Teens Ages 13- 17

We focus on recipe reading, understanding flavors and ingredients, kitchen and more advanced knife safety, knife skills, learning to cook with heat, sanitation, sautéing, working in groups and more!
