In this afternoon workshop we’ll cook from the book, The Keto Reset Diet by Mark Sisson. This class will walk you through some questions about the What, Why and How.
You’ll leave here after eating a full lunch with a grocery list and sample menu for the week – along with a better understanding of Keto.
