  • Perfectly seared beef tenderloin filets
  • Rich red wine pan sauce
  • Crispy pomme frites (thin cut French fries) with Aioli
  • Vanilla creme brulee

Bring in your favorite cooking partner and whip up some French faire. French food can intimidate some, but with a few helpful techniques from our Chef instructor, you will be some more confident in the kitchen.

What To Expect: DEMO

Our professional Chef will teach you the proper  techniques for elevating your cooking. This class is very interactive and questions are encouraged!

 

  • You will watch as our chef instructor cooks through our menu
  • Classes are roughly 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted above, and each student will enjoy a full meal of what you created in class!
  • Cooking classes are conducted in our state of the art Blue Star outfitted demonstration kitchen and each class is led by an experienced professional chef instructor
  • Students receive a 10% to shop before or after class
  • Wine and beer is available for purchase – sorry no BYO!
