Description

Date night is solved! Look no further. We’re going to party like we’re in Barcelona and cook and eat all the delicious paella and drink all the delicious sangria.

Paella is a great thing to cook for a party. Once you learn the secrets to this delicious dish this will be your go to crowd pleaser.

 

MENU

  • Seafood and smokey chorizo paella
  • Bacon wrapped dates
  • Baked Goat cheese with tomato sauce
  • Grilled marinated beef tenderloin and grapes skewers with blue cheese drizzle
  • Crema Catalan – Spanish style crème brulee

 

Techniques you’ll learn 

  • Choosing and sourcing seafood
  • Choosing and sourcing meat
  • Choosing and sourcing cured sausage
  • Cooking boba rice
  • Sourcing different cheeses for cooking vs eating on crackers
  • Sourcing and choosing canned tomatoes
  • Grilling beef
  • Making custard
  • Baking desserts

 

What To Expect: Hands On Class  
Your chef instructor will teach the proper techniques to elevate your cooking
You will work in groups with other guests in a fun, hands-on environment led by our Chef Instructor.
Work from a recipe that was created for each specific class

Work side-by-side with other students to prepare each dish from start to finish
Classes are roughly 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted above, and each student will enjoy a full meal of what you created in class
Cooking classes are conducted in our state of the art Blue Star outfitted demonstration kitchen and each class is led by an experienced chef instructor.
Wine, beer and Soft drinks are for sale (sorry, no BYOB)
Students receive a 10% to shop before or after class
