It’s officially time to put away the grill, it’s FALL SOUP SEASON! In this class, you will learn the fundamentals of making a great batch of soup.  Nothing is quite as comforting while the weather starts to cool as filling a bowl with a perfect bowl of soup.

We will cover the basics of stock, stretching your dollar and big batch cooking and freezing. You’ll never be disappointed that you have these great recipes in your fall lineup.

  • Winter minestrone with hearty winter vegetables and parmesan cheese
  • Wild mushroom barley soup
  • Cheddar cheese with potato,  bacon and scallions

What To Expect: DEMO

Our professional Chef will teach you the proper  techniques for elevating your cooking. This class is very interactive and questions are encouraged!

 

  • You will watch as our chef instructor cooks through our menu
  • Classes are roughly 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted above, and each student will enjoy a full meal of what you created in class!
  • Cooking classes are conducted in our state of the art Blue Star outfitted demonstration kitchen and each class is led by an experienced professional chef instructor
  • Students receive a 10% to shop before or after class
