French food has a reputation for being fussy or difficult, but we think it’s just misunderstood! Your chef will take the mystery out of French cuisine and show you just how fun it can be!

This class is designed as a family class so you are required to bring at least one child…  8 years old + please, we will be using real knives and fire (with super vision of course)!

MENU

  • Steak and Frites (Steak and handmade French fries)
  • Delicious and Easy Mustard Cream Pan-sauce
  • aioli (we’ll have ketchup too don’t worry)!
  • Bananas Foster with Rich Thick Caramel Sauce
  • Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream

FAMILY CLASSES are meant to get the whole family involved in the meal, that means grandma grandpa Aunts and Uncles, Siblings and/or Mom, Dad – turn off your phones for a few hours and reconnect with food at NAPCA for a few hours.

Please note that we will be cooking in groups, so please be respectful and tie any long hair back and wear close toed shoes to be safe!

thank you!
