In this family sushi class, your whole family will learn the ancient art of rolling sushi! We will demystify the terminoligy, the basic tools and ingredients. Your whole family will be making maki like masters!

Description

Its’s family sushi time… call Grandma and Grandpa, call the neighbors, October’s family class is Sushi! In this family sushi class, your whole family will learn the ancient art of rolling sushi! We will demystify the terminoligy, the basic tools and ingredients. Your whole family will be making maki like masters!

What To Expect: Family Hands On Class  – Kids 8 and over please 

This class is intended for the whole family to be involved. Our chef instructor will teach you the proper techniques to elevate your cooking. You will work in a group with your family and possibly another, in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.

  • Work from a recipe that was created for each specific class
  • Work side-by-side with other students to prepare each dish from start to finish
  • Classes are roughly 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted above, and each student will enjoy a full meal of what you created in class!
  • Cooking classes are conducted in our state of the art Blue Star outfitted demonstration kitchen and each class is led by an experienced chef instructor
  • Students receive a 10% to shop before or after class

NOTE: Please note that you will be cooking food with a group and you will be on your feet. We kindly request that you tie long hair back and wear closed toed shoes … thank you!!!
