This class will be taught in our custom oven room, and will be taught using our three Forno Bravo ovens – in three different sizes. This will be a full day hands on class for anyone who already has or is about to buy or build a wood-fired oven.
We’ll use three traditional styles and sizes to demonstrate the full versatility of wood-fired ovens and to give you as complete the possibilities of how to get the best from your own oven and enjoy it fully.
Wood fired ovens are perfect for pizza but can also do so much more. We’ll show you how to use them in many ways :

The class will be a lot of fun, we will have beer and wine available with a combination of demonstration and hands-on learning. We will cook a lot of food during the day and we will be eating all of them as well, so come hungry!

What To Expect: Hands On Class – Oven Room Class
Our professional Chef’s will teach you the proper techniques to elevate your cooking. You will work in groups with other guests in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
