Have you dreamt of being a cheese monger, but you really need to keep your day job? You will wow your friends and family with your new skills in the kitchen!

Fresh cheese is as rewarding as it is delicious and it’s a great 1 day project. Chef Renee will discuss sourcing milk, tools of the trade and ingredients. She will demo how to cook with your freshly made cheeses as well!
