Luigi D’inegeo a 3rd generation Master Casaro (master cheese maker) from Puglia, Italy will be here showing us the magic that is Italian cheese.

WHAT WE WILL COVER: 

  • Working with fresh curd
  • Making Homemade Ovoline & Nodini
  • Preparing Stracciatella
  • Handforming Burrata

What to expect:

  • Food will be served – so arrive hungry
  • Wine & beer will be available for sale – sorry no BYO
  • If you have any food sensativies or allergies that we should be aware of – please call us and let us know. We will need at least 24 hours advance notice. No considerations will be made the day of.
  • This is a demonstration style class
