About this Event

Learn how to make café quality espresso at home from professional baristas in an engaging and hands on demonstration covering: grinding, extraction, milk texturing and latte art. Hosted for the first time at the North American Pizza and Culinary Academy in Chicago allows for greater hands on experience with espresso machines and interaction with the experts.

What To Expect:

In our classes you’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by Head of Education from Metric Coffee, Casey Chartier-Vignapiano.

• Learn about making cafe quality espresso in your own home.

• Work side-by-side with other students.

• Hands-on experience

• All ingredients will be provided

• Each student will be able to bring home 1 bag of coffee so they can try it at home.

• Classes are 2 hrs

She is thrilled to be part of the Metric family and help raise those with a desire to make great coffee. Casey has assisted companies in developing their education programs and training staff from the ground up and always looks to the future for opportunities to teach about the wonderful world of coffee.
