Chances are the first time you had Thai food you were hooked – Sweet, Spicy, Salty. All the flavor bases are covered. In intro to Thai cooking will dispel any misconception that Thai food is difficult just because it is complex. We will discuss flavors and ingredients that we may not have an instinct for and put them all together in an approachable way so we can eat a delicious meal. There is just nothing better to welcome spring then these fresh aromatic foods.

What To Expect: Hands On Class

  • Your chef instructor will teach the proper techniques to elevate your cooking.
  • You will work in groups with other guests in a fun, hands-on environment led by our Chef Instructor.
  • Work from a recipe that was created for each specific class Work side-by-side with other students to prepare each dish from start to finish
  • Classes are roughly 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted above, and each student will enjoy a full meal of what you created in class
  • Cooking classes are conducted in our state of the art Blue Star outfitted demonstration kitchen and each class is led by an experienced chef instructor.
  • Wine, beer and Soft drinks are for sale (sorry, no BYOB)
  • Students receive a 10% to shop before or after class
