We will cover the basics (and not so basics) of knife care, sharpening, honing and the various cuts you will come across in a typical recipe. Our Chef will make dinner after you cut up all the ingredients!

Our Chef Instructor will start from the beginning: the best knife for everyday use. After that we will start cutting all the things.

At the end of the fun and informative class you will know the different between sharpening and honing, mincing versus rough chop. The basics (and not so basics) of knife care, and the various cuts you will come across in a typical recipe (even some obscure cuts so you can show off just a little) .

Our Chef and kitchen staff will make dinner so we can have a Q&A while we eat a well deserved meal, prepped with care!
