This is a quick a shorter version of our regular classes aimed at honing in on a paticular technique.

The chef will teach you all about this technique to elevating your cooking. This class is very interactive and questions are encouraged!

You make steak, but it just never really comes out the way you want? Are you not totally sure how to know when it is done to the doneness you are trying to achieve? How about the cuts of steak, do you order filet because you’re not really sure if you like a rib-eye or even what it is?

  • You will watch as our chef instructor cooks through our menu
  • You will eat lunch
  • Classes 1 -1/2  hours, unless otherwise noted above, and each student will enjoy a full meal of what you created in class!
  • Cooking classes are conducted in our state of the art Blue Star outfitted demonstration kitchen and each class is led by an experienced professional chef instructor
  • Wine and beer are available for purchase
  • Students receive a 10% to shop before or after class
