He is best known for being the Founding Chef and Partner of Quartino Ristorante & Wine Bar in Chicago, celebrating its 13th year.
Chef Coletta will demonstrate recipes from his detailed and beautiful book.
Every participant will sample and experience Italian rice cooking in approachable and accessible formats. Each attendee will also receive a personalized Risotto & Beyond cookbook by the author and chef John Coletta!
