Chef Renee will make meal planning organized and easy as she walks you through 2 recipes that will become two more recipes and easy sides so no one will think they’re “leftovers”!

Each Month we’ll have an insert to add to your meal planning binder (that we’ll provide). The idea is that you’ll be armed with the tools you need to make cooking dinner each night with mix and match sides while utilizing your “leftovers” so you don’t feel like you’re constantly at the grocery store and cooing 24/7 – or ordering take-out. We’ll show you how to organize and build your techniques in a few easy steps.

MENU

  • SUNDAY MEAL PREP
  • MONDAY slow cooked braised Carnitas
  • TACO TUESDAY
  • WEDNESDAY Sausage stuffed slow roasted chicken
  • THURSDAY Garden Vegetable chicken Alfredo
  • BONUS: 60 second chicken salad for lunches
  • 2 salad dressings – creamy avocado ranch – Italian vinaigrete
  • Lemony rice pilaf with fresh herbs
  • 2 mix and match salads

 

  • You’ll go home with a pantry supply list so you’re always ready and you know what to always keep in
  • Fresh Organized grocery list for each recipe
  • Recipes and sides for a week’s worth of meals with leftovers
  • Meal prep tips from Chefs with families

What To Expect: DEMO 

This class is very interactive and questions are encouraged!

  • You will watch as our chef instructor cooks through our menu
  • Wine and beer are for sale during class – sorry no BYOB
  • Classes are roughly 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted above, and each student will enjoy a full meal of what you created in class!
  • Cooking classes are conducted in our state of the art Blue Star outfitted demonstration kitchen and each class is led by an experienced professional chef instructor
  • Students receive a 10% to shop before or after class
