Your sometimes gluey mashed potatoes will now be light and fluffy and perfectly seasoned. 

The Monday Night Dinner series is focused on classic recipes and techniques to get you cooking instead of reading recipes. Just sit back and enjoy a dinner our chef prepares in front of you from start to finish.

WHAT TO EXPECT: DEMO

Your chef instructor will teach you the proper techniques for elevating your cooking. This class is very interactive

  • Work from a recipe that was created for each specific class
  • These classes are meant to be interactive questions are encouraged
  • You will watch as our chef instructor cooks through our menu
  • Classes are roughly 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted above, and each student will enjoy a full meal of what you created in class!
  • Cooking classes are conducted in our state of the art Blue Star outfitted demonstration kitchen and each class is led by an
  • experienced chef instructor
  • Wine, beer and soda are available for sale (sorry, no BYOB)
  • Students receive a 10% to shop before or after class
