Vegetarians and Omnivores unite…

We are taking tips from one of our favorite modern vegetarian cookbook for this class, this week it’s Thug Kitchen 101.Our prediction is everyone will love this class…. there is so much more to vegetarian food to keep it fun, healthy and whole than wheatgrass and tofu.
Chef Renee will reverse any negative idea of vegetarian cooking that you may have and turn it around, so you have a more modern approach to getting those vegetables in your diet. We promise you’ll love it!
We are all looking for healthy recipes that actually taste good and get you out of your vegetable recipe rut.

WHAT TO EXPECT: HANDS ON

Your Chef Instructor will teach proper techniques to elevate your cooking. You will work in groups with other guests in a fun, hands on environment led by our chef.

  • Work from a recipe that was created for each specific class
  • Work side-by-side with other students to prepare each dish from start to finish
  • Classes are roughly 2-1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted above
  • Each student will enjoy a full meal of what was created in class!
  • Cooking classes are conducted in our state of the art Blue Star outfitted demonstration kitchen
  • Students receive 10% to shop our boutique before or after class
  • You will be cooking food with and for a group and will be on your feet! We kindly request that you tie long hair back and wear closed-toe shoes… thank you!
