The Monday Night Dinner series is focused on classic recipes and techniques to get you cooking instead of reading recipes. Just sit back and enjoy a dinner our chef prepares in front of you from start to finish.

WHAT TO EXPECT: DEMO

Your Chef Instructor will teach the proper techniques for elevating your cooking. This class is very interactive and come hungry!

  • Work from a recipe that was created for each specific class
  • These classes are meant to be interactive questions are encouraged
  • You will watch as our chef instructor cooks through our menu
  • Classes are roughly 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted above, and each student will enjoy a full meal of what you created in class!
  • Cooking classes are conducted in our state of the art Blue Star outfitted demonstration kitchen and each class is led by an experienced chef instructor
  • Wine, beer and soft drinks are for sale (sorry, no BYOB)
  • Students receive a 10% to shop before or after class
