Everyone loves spaghetti and meatballs, but do you have a great recipe? In Our weeknight dinner series we will revisit the classics, the ones we know and love … but don’t have a solid recipe.

This is a chance to let us cook you dinner and build a repertoire classics.  We’ll get your fried chicken game on point and you’ll never stand in fast food line again.

The Monday Night Dinner series is focused on classic recipes and techniques to get you cooking instead of reading recipes. Just sit back and enjoy a dinner our chef prepares in front of you from start to finish.

  • Simple marinara

WHAT TO EXPECT: DEMO

Your Chef Instructor will teach the proper techniques for elevating your cooking. This class is very interactive and come hungry!

  • Work from a recipe that was created for each specific class
  • These classes are meant to be interactive questions are encouraged
  • You will watch as our chef instructor cooks through our menu
  • Classes are roughly 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted above, and each student will enjoy a full meal of what you created in class!
  • Cooking classes are conducted in our state of the art Blue Star outfitted demonstration kitchen and each class is led by an experienced chef instructor
  • Wine, beer and soft drinks are for sale (sorry, no BYOB)
  • Students receive a 10% to shop before or after class
  • FOOD ALLERGIES
  • If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, that we can work around we will PLEASE add any info we may need to know about in your order notes or call us at 630-395-9958 at least 1 day in advance.
