Do you love deep dish pizza but you don’t know how to make it at home? Look know further – this is the class for you.

We’ll make A classic Chicago thin crust dough from start to finish, we’ll talk about flour, the yeast your using – water temperature – you get it, full on nerd out on pizza.

Then we’ll make our dough – talk about rolling dough in a pan and filling and baking in a home oven and a Breville tabletop pizza oven.

What To Expect: Hands On Pizza Class 

You will work in small groups with other students – learning to make dough from scratch by hand in a fun, hands-on environment led by our Pizzaiolo.

  • Work from a classic recipe for authentic Italian pizza
  • Classes are roughly 3 hours, unless otherwise noted.
  • This class will be conducted in our demonstration kitchen and will use pizza stones
  • Wine, beer and Soft drinks are for sale (sorry, no BYOB)

Students receive a 10% to shop before or after class
