Is this the one day of the year that truly stresses you out in the kitchen? We get it… Thanksgiving is a daunting task to cook if you don’t have a game plan. we will give you a play by play.

In this class our Chef will teach you how to roast a turkey from start to finish and everything in between… the idea is to have a plan and knowing how to implement it, that’s what we are here for!

Menu:

  • Roasted Turkey 101 – everything you need to know in terms of purchasing, brining vs dry rub, trussing your bird, oven temp and carving
  • Homemade gravy – all the good stuff that you just spent all those hours creating in the oven
  • Herb & ciabatta stuffing – simple is better when you use the right ingredients, but we will talk about all the infinite ways you can change your stuffing to put your signature on it.
  • Perfect mashed potatoes – Fluffy never gluey (and how to prevent the bad ones)!

What To Expect: Hands On Class

Our professional Chef’s will teach you the proper techniques to elevate your cooking. You will work in groups with other guests in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.

  • Work from a recipe that was created for each specific class
  • Work side-by-side with other students to prepare each dish from start to finish
  • Classes are roughly 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted above, and each student will enjoy a full meal of what you created in class!
  • Cooking classes are conducted in our state of the art Blue Star outfitted demonstration kitchen and each class is led by an experienced chef instructor
  • Students receive a 10% to shop before or after class
