The Skills For The Home Cook series does not need to be taken in order. We do recommend that you take a knife basics class if you are not starting from series I.

Description

This course is designed to get you back in the kitchen with a strategy and confidence!  This is  intended as an updated culinary boot camp for the home cook, presented in a practical manor for the at home cook. If you have ever thought about going to culinary school, this is the perfect series to start with.

We will cover basics of professional cooking and knife skills. You will go away with a better understanding of how to build a menu and how to cook efficiently with ease.
