Brunch is our time of the week! Chef Maria will teach you a few new yummy treats you can easily recreate for those long weekend mornings.

We wrote the perfect menu so you’re only brunch decision will be  – Bellini or Mimosa?

What To Expect: Hands On Class

Our professional Chef’s will teach you the proper techniques to elevate your cooking. You will work in groups with other guests in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.

  • Work from a recipe that was created for each specific class
  • Wine and beer is for sale during class – sorry no BYOB
  • Work side-by-side with other students to prepare each dish from start to finish
  • Classes are roughly 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted above, and each student will enjoy a full meal of what you created in class!
  • Cooking classes are conducted in our state of the art Blue Star outfitted demonstration kitchen and each class is led by an experienced chef instructor
  • Students receive a 10% to shop before or after class
