Join us for this end of the season grilling class with resident sommelier Michael Bottigliero and Chef Renee! We’ll be grilling up our combined favorite sports – wine and grilling!

We will make marinate, roll out, grill and eat while Michael pours porch sippers that we can buy under $20 a bottle.

  • How to choose navigate wines
  • Wine pairing with grilled foods from an expert

What To Expect: DEMO 

We will teach you the proper  techniques for elevating your out door grilling. This class is very interactive and questions are encouraged!

  • You will watch as our chef instructor cooks through our menu
  • Wine and beer are for sale during class – sorry no BYOB
  • Classes are roughly 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted above, and each student will enjoy a full meal of what you created in class!
  • Cooking classes are conducted in our state of the art Blue Star outfitted demonstration kitchen and each class is led by an experienced professional chef instructor
  • Students receive a 10% to shop before or after class
