Description

Cooking over fire is primal and about as basic as it gets, but that’s not to say there isn’t a bit of learning curve. Chef Leo will fire up our wood fired oven and demonstrate the art of cooking over an open fire.

We will start the class with simple techniques for marinating and prepping our menu in the kitchen. We will finish the class in our oven room, cooking our meal from start to finish in a wood fire oven.
