So many of you have been asking for a homemade focaccia bread class... we thought we'd give it to you! We are excited to present this hands-on homemade focaccia bread class.

Whether you are a seasoned baker or just starting out, you will learn how to make two different styles of homemade focaccia bread!

Focaccia (pronounced "fuh-KA-cha") is an Italian yeast bread baked in sheet pans. It is often flavored with tomatoes, olives, olive oil, herbs, spices, and other vegetables.

In this class you will learn two different styles of focaccia bread. We will get into the Classic Barese style of focaccia that is a potato-based dough. This is classically topped with cherry tomatoes and olives. Next you will learn a simple yeast dough to make a light and flavorful sweet onion focaccia.

Not only will you learn how to create two different styles of focaccia bread, but you will also get to bring one home in a brand-new focaccia bread pan. That's right, you also get a brand-new focaccia bread pan to take home.

What To Expect: Hands on Class
Your chef instructor will teach the proper techniques to elevate your cooking.
You will work individually in a fun, hands-on environment led by our Chef Instructor.
Work from a recipe that was created for each specific class

Focaccia Class is roughly 3 hours, unless otherwise noted above, and each student will enjoy a full meal of what you created in class
Cooking classes are conducted in our state-of-the-art Blue Star outfitted demonstration kitchen and each class is led by an experienced chef instructor.
Wine, beer and soft drinks are for sale (sorry, no BYOB)
Students receive a 10% to shop before or after class

We cannot make any substations the day of class. thank you for understanding.

Cancellation Policy: We require that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled class. If you have to cancel your class, we will offer you a credit to your account if you cancel after the 48 hours, but do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours, you will lose the payment for the class.

During Winter season if there is a Winter Weather Advisory in affect or there isinclement weather, we reserve the right to cancel within 24 hours notice.
