Join us for an afternoon of Italian Sausage making with “The SodFather” Frank Balestri. Our very own winner of the 2020 Festa Della Sopressata at North American Pizza & Culinary Academy.
This is a hands on class and we will grind, season and case fresh sausage. Frank will discuss:
Each Student will also get to take some Fresh sausage home to Grill up for their next cookout!
What To Expect: Hands On Class
Your chef instructor will teach the proper techniques to elevate your cooking.
You will work individually in a fun, hands-on environment led by our Chef Instructor.
Work from a recipe that was created for each specific class
Classes are roughly 2.5 hours, unless otherwise noted above, and each student will enjoy a full meal of what you created in class
Cooking classes are conducted in our state of the art Blue Star outfitted demonstration kitchen and each class is led by an experienced chef instructor.
Wine, beer and Soft drinks are for sale (sorry, no BYOB)
Students receive a 10% to shop before or after class

We can not make any substations the day of class. thank you for understanding.
Cancellation Policy: Tickets are non-refundable. We require that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled class. If you have to cancel your class, we will offer you a credit to your account. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours (24 or less hours before the class), you will lose the payment for the class.
During Winter season if there is a Winter Weather Advisory in affect or there is inclement weather, we reserve the right to cancel within 24 hours notice.
