In this class, your budding foodie with discover how homemade pasta is so simple, yet so worth the effort in this hands-on class. Chef Steph will teach the essential pasta techniques—from mixing and rolling dough to cutting pappardelle noodles and even into filling ravioli. Your young chef will simmer a hearty Bolognese, put together a luxurious Spring Pesto sauce and round out the meal with a light and crisp cucumber salad.

What To Expect: Hands On Class

You will work in groups of 4 with your own ingredients and equipment– learning to make dough from scratch by hand in a fun, hands-on environment.

  • Work from a classic recipe
  • Classes are roughly 2-3 hours, unless otherwise noted
  • This class will be conducted in our demonstration kitchen

Cancellation Policy: Tickets are non-refundable.  We require that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled class. If you have to cancel your class, we will offer you a credit to your account if you cancel after the 48 hours, we do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours, you will lose the payment for the class.
