The 1 day immersion course is a deep dive into most styles of American and Italian styles of pizza. Scheduled at various times throughout the year, this all day class provides an in depth look at 1 specific pizza type. You will gain a better understanding of the professional pizza making.
Students will learn the specific dough process with the traditional mixer, pizza creation method, baking techniques on the appropriate oven for that style.
