This full-day class is designed for amateur bakers ready to take the next step in pizza. Build a better understanding of different pizza styles, dough chemistry, and the role of ingredients.
Begin in the classroom, then move to the dough room and oven room for hands-on stretching, topping, and baking. Learn to handle Italian 00 flour, prepare pizza and toppings, stretch dough, and bake in Italian electric deck and wood-fired ovens.
