The Scuola Italiana Pizzaioli is the oldest and most prestigious pizza school located in Italy. The North American Pizza and Culinary Academy is the the 2nd official pizza school in the USA located just outside Chicago in Lisle, IL. It is led by Master Instructor and member of the World Pizza Team, Leo Spizzirri. Currently there are only 20 pizza schools worldwide. The scuola certifies pizza chefs from all over the world with about 100 masters in the world.
At the North American Pizza and Culinary Academy we feel food brings us together and we love to share our knowledge with you. Our school teaches all types of cuisine and our pizza curriculum is steeped in Italian tradition based on our home school in Venice.
From our state of the art Blue Star cooking school and event space to our one of a kind oven room and dough room, we specialize in interactive education. The hands-on and demonstration cooking classes are led by dynamic professional chefs versed in all cuisines and our pizza classes led by Maestro Istrottore Leo Spizzirri, one of only two Master Instructors in the US.
We host team building events, private parties, corporate events for client appreciation events and even training for food companies.
