NAPCA offers the classic teachings and traditions for all levels of students in our $1 Million facility and event space. We host hands-on workshops, demonstrations, kids events, special events and more. We’re here to show you how easy, fun and rewarding cooking can be.
The 5-day Pizzaioli course includes theory and hands-on learning according to the guidelines and curriculum of the Scuola Italiana Pizzaioli in Italy. 1 and 3 day non certification immersion courses are also available.
Watch a chef instructor teach and prepare a multi-course meal from start to finish in a fun, interactive and informative setting. This allows you to hone in on all the questions you may have about cooking and then enjoy a deliciously prepared multi-course meal.
Work amongst other chefs and to create dishes from start to finish. Your Chef instructor will teach proper techniques through individual and group work to elevate your cooking. At the end you’ll consume a full meal of what you created.
Have a budding chef at home? These classes focus on recipe reading, understanding flavors and ingredients, kitchen safety, knife skills, sanitation, sautéing, mixing, working in groups and more! They will prepare a full 4 item meal from start to finish in a fun, hands-on environment.
Host your next gathering in our state of the art contemporary space. We work closely with your budget and type of event to bring your vision to life. Each event is unique and has options.

Had a fun night learning to make a Chicago Tavern Style pizza. This is a hands on class. We made our own dough and sauce. Then we rolled it out and watched it bake. They provided salad and dessert too! We went home with the dough we made and extra sauce so we could make another pizza at home. Fun class in a world class facility. Highly recommend you try it for date night or with a group.
Just finished the Scuola Italiana Pizzaioli certification course, and I highly recommend to any serious pizza maker. They flew in Scuola Master Instructor, Fabio Sebastiani from Italy, and I learned so much from him. The academy’s staff from Anthony, Dan, Chuck, Shawn, and many others (most who are also certified pizzaiolos) brought a wealth of knowledge and were dedicated to providing a educational/fun/and positive experience to us students. Not to mention, the facility is TOP NOTCH! Can’t thank the team enough for assisting me to make my craft and restaurant, West by God CoalFired Pizza, a success.
I literally love this place! I made home made dough and it was the best experience ever! I also got to make my own pizza in the back with the big ovens! I literally am in love. I recommend you come here with friends or family and just have the time of your life!
