THIS CLASS IS PRICED PER COUPLE
We are transporting you and your date to the gorgeous coast of Amalfi with the best flavors straight from the sea. You will learn how to pan sear Branzino and make a silky-smooth puree to nestle it on. You will work with your group and your date to make a wonderful seafood pasta allo scolglio filled with the freshest of shellfish. Of course, we cannot finish this amazing meal off without a little dolce, so we will create the iconic lemon Delite.
-Pan Seared Branzino with roasted tomatoes and capers on top of fennel and potato puree
-Pasta allo scolglio with shrimp, calamari, mussels and clams in a white wine sauce
-Iconic Lemon Delite dessert from Amalfi
Ages 18+
Your chef instructor will teach the proper techniques to elevate your cooking.
You will work in groups of 4 in a fun, hands-on environment led by our Chef Instructor.
Work from a recipe that was created for each specific class
Class is roughly 2 hours, unless otherwise noted above, and each student will enjoy a full meal of what you created in class
Cooking classes are conducted in our state-of-the-art Blue Star outfitted demonstration kitchen and each class is led by an experienced chef instructor.
Wine, beer and soft drinks are for sale (sorry, no BYOB)
Students receive a 10% to shop before or after class

Cancellation Policy: We require that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled class. If you have to cancel your class, we will offer you a credit to your account. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours (24 or less hours before the class), you will lose the payment for the class.
During Winter season if there is a Winter Weather Advisory in affect or there is inclement weather, we reserve the right to cancel within 24 hours notice.
If registration is not above 4 attendees we reserve the right to cancel within 24 hours
