THIS CLASS IS PRICED PER COUPLE
The signature dish pf Spain, Paella is a feast for all of the senses- - from the definitive saffron hue to its amazing scent and incredible flavor. In this hands-on class, our Chef Steph will introduce you to the Spanish ingredients that make the perfect Paella so delicious. She will show you how to prepare the sofrito- the flavor base. Also, share some chef secrets to ensure perfectly cooked rice every time. You will enjoy working alongside your partner practicing knife skills, sautéing techniques and much more as you master the basics for preparing the perfect Paella at home. You will also round out the meal with a seasonal salad and a classic Spanish dessert.
-Classic Seafood Paella
-Salad of baby winter greens, Marcona almonds, Monchego cheese and Roasted tomato-sherry vinaigrette
-Traditional Spanish Flan
Ages 18+
Your chef instructor will teach the proper techniques to elevate your cooking.
You will work in groups of 4 in a fun, hands-on environment led by our Chef Instructor.
Work from a recipe that was created for each specific class
Class is roughly 2 hours, unless otherwise noted above, and each student will enjoy a full meal of what you created in class
Cooking classes are conducted in our state-of-the-art Blue Star outfitted demonstration kitchen and each class is led by an experienced chef instructor.
Wine, beer and soft drinks are for sale (sorry, no BYOB)
Students receive a 10% to shop before or after class

Cancellation Policy: We require that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled class. If you have to cancel your class, we will offer you a credit to your account. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours (24 or less hours before the class), you will lose the payment for the class.
During Winter season if there is a Winter Weather Advisory in affect or there is inclement weather, we reserve the right to cancel within 24 hours notice.
