Classes are roughly 2 to 2 1/2 hours long, unless otherwise noted above, and each student will enjoy a full meal of what they created in class. Cooking classes are conducted in our state-of-the-art, Blue Star-outfitted demonstration kitchen, and each class is led by an experienced chef instructor. Wine, beer, and soft drinks are available for purchase (sorry, no BYOB). Students receive a 10% discount to shop before or after class.

If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies that we can work around, please add any relevant information in your order notes or call us at 630-395-9958 at least 1 day in advance. We cannot make any substitutions on the day of class. Thank you for your understanding.
Cancellation Policy: Tickets are non-refundable. We require that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled class. If you need to cancel your class, we will offer you a credit to your account if you cancel after the 48-hour window, but we do not offer refunds. You may use these credits toward any future class. However, if you do not cancel at least 48 hours in advance, you will forfeit the payment for the class.
