Our pizzaioli will be stretching dough and firing pizzas all evening in our oven room, while you sample wines from Fergedaboudit Vineyard & Winery!
Fergedaboudit Vineyard & Winery is located in Hanover, IL, where they have a broad selection of wines for everyone’s palate. From dry reds to sweet white wines, made from grapes grown on their property, as well as imported grapes from California and Chili. Fergedaboudit Winery takes pride in growing, nurturing and harvesting their French hybrid grapes created specifically for the Illinois climate. Fergedaboudit’s winery is a special place where talented winemakers begin the complex process from grape to table. After harvest, the grapes are processed, fermented, aged and bottled from nine varietals of French hybrid grapes.

Please alert us of any food allergies or sensitivities at least 24 hours in advance. We can easily work around these, but no substitutions can be made the day of. Thank you for your cooperation!
Cancellation Policy: We require that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled class. If you have to cancel your class, we will offer you a credit to your account. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours (24 or less hours before the class), you will lose the payment for the class.
During Winter season if there is a Winter Weather Advisory in affect or there is inclement weather, we reserve the right to cancel within 24 hours notice.
