In this festive, all-ages class, you’ll master the surprisingly simple decorating techniques for using royal icing to transform gingerbread and sugar cookies into edible holiday fun. You will get hands-on experience incorporating colors into the icing and using the flooding method to create bakery-quality designs. Plus, we cannot forget about our delicious Italian holiday classics. Laugh and learn alongside family, friends and classmates as you practice piping skills and make beautifully decorated treats that you’ll be proud to gift and thrilled to eat. Gingerbread and sugar cookies will already be baked and ready to decorate—you will get the recipe to take home should you want to try it out yourself! What To Expect: Hands On Class
You will work individually with your own ingredients and equipment– learning to make dough from scratch by hand in a fun, hands-on environment.
Cancellation Policy: We require that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled class. If you have to cancel your class, we will offer you a credit to your account if you cancel after the 48 hours, we do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours, you will lose the payment for the class.
