Learn to create a menu sure to impress anyone, anywhere you go for the holidays! You’ll master elegant hors d’oeuvre recipes or antipasti as you would say in Italian. Let's face it, whether you're Italian or not, who doesn't love a little Italian flare to start the meal off right. You will practice caramelizing onions for tartlets with eggplant, crafting mini meatballs from scratch and roasting tomatoes for a savory bruschetta dip. We will also teach you how to skewer tenderloin in with fresh vegetables and bake for an amazing steak spiedini that will surely be the star of your holiday soirée.
-Mini caramelized onion and eggplant tarts
-Mini meatballs in slow cooked marinara sauce
-Roasted tomato bruschetta dip with crostini
-Beef tenderloin spiedini
Ages 18+
Your chef instructor will teach the proper techniques to elevate your cooking.
You will work in groups of 4 in a fun, hands-on environment led by our Chef Instructor.
Work from a recipe that was created for each specific class
Class is roughly 2 hours, unless otherwise noted above, and each student will enjoy a full meal of what you created in class
Cooking classes are conducted in our state-of-the-art Blue Star outfitted demonstration kitchen and each class is led by an experienced chef instructor.
Wine, beer and soft drinks are for sale (sorry, no BYOB)
Students receive a 10% to shop before or after class

Cancellation Policy: We require that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled class. If you have to cancel your class, we will offer you a credit to your account. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours (24 or less hours before the class), you will lose the payment for the class.
During Winter season if there is a Winter Weather Advisory in affect or there is inclement weather, we reserve the right to cancel within 24 hours notice.
