This class is back by popular demand. One of favorite classes to teach and one of your favorites to take! If you love Italian cheeses such as ricotta and fresh mozzarella as much as we do? This is the class for you. Do you love the idea of making it yourself, but have no idea where to begin? Chef Steph has you covered in this amazing cheese making class. You will learn that makingricotta is as easy and boiling milk. You will also learn the art of stretching soft, silky fresh mozzarella curds into cheese. Then we will utilize those cheeses in some wonderful recipes from savory to sweet delights.

-Homemade ricotta cheese

-Handmade mozzarella cheese

-Fresh mozzarella in Carrozza panini

-Olive oil and herb marinated mozzarella balls

-Whipped Ricotta with honey and herbs

-Cannoli Dip

This class if for ages 18 and over

What To Expect: Hands On Class

You will work in groups of 4 with your own ingredients and equipment– learning to make cheese from scratch by hand in a fun, hands-on environment.

  • Work from a classic recipe
  • Classes are roughly 2-3 hours, unless otherwise noted
  • This class will be conducted in our demonstration kitchen
  • Wine, beer and Soft drinks are for sale (sorry, no BYOB)

Cancellation Policy: We require that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled class. If you have to cancel your class, we will offer you a credit to your account if you cancel after the 48 hours, we do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours, you will lose the payment for the class.

During Winter season if there is a Winter Weather Advisory in affect or there isinclement weather, we reserve the right to cancel within 24 hours notice.
