What kid can resist playing with their food? With this fun gnocchi class, that is exactly what we get to do! These pillow-soft dumplings melt in your mouth and quickly vanish from the plate. In this technique-driven class, with lots of fun in the process! We will show your child the secrets for creating traditional potato gnocchi, along with a delicious variation made with ricotta (gnudi). They learn how to properly roll and cook these classic dumplings. Plus, we’ll make two great sauces—pesto and brown butter—that pair perfectly with gnocchi.

Ages 8+
Your chef instructor will teach the proper techniques to elevate your cooking.
You will work in groups of 4 in a fun, hands-on environment led by our Chef Instructor.
Work from a recipe that was created for each specific class
Class is roughly 2 hours, unless otherwise noted above, and each student will enjoy a full meal of what you created in class
Cooking classes are conducted in our state-of-the-art Blue Star outfitted demonstration kitchen and each class is led by an experienced chef instructor.
Wine, beer and soft drinks are for sale (sorry, no BYOB)
Students receive a 10% to shop before or after class

Cancellation Policy: We require that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled class. If you have to cancel your class, we will offer you a credit to your account. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours (24 or less hours before the class), you will lose the payment for the class.
During Winter season if there is a Winter Weather Advisory in affect or there is inclement weather, we reserve the right to cancel within 24 hours notice.
