Frank "The Sodfather" Balestri will be instructing a hands on event.
In this class, we will cut, grind and spice the Pork and stuff it into Casings.
We will also instruct you how to properly press for a successful cure and advise you how to maintain the proper temperature.
Then you can take it home and let the curing process begin!

What To Expect: Hands On Class
You will work individually with your own ingredients and equipment– learning in a hands-on environment.
Cancellation Policy: We require that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled class. If you have to cancel your class, we will offer you a credit to your account if you cancel after the 48 hours, we do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours, you will lose the payment for the class.
