This 1 Day Pizza Class is the pizza class you have been looking for!

This class is designed for the amateur baker ready to take the next step in pizza. Have you been making pretty good pizzas, but want to take them to the next level?

This class gives you a better understanding of different pizza styles. Other topics covered in this full day class are dough chemistry and fundamental roles of your ingredient base. This course will give you the confidence to make great pies and leave you with a better understanding of classic Italian pizza.

Your day will start in our classroom at 9AM, then move to the dough room and finish in our oven room, stretching topping and baking.

  • Mixing and handling pizza dough made with Italian “00” flour
  • Preparation of pizza
  • toppings and ingredients
  • Dough stretching and topping
  • Baking in an Italian electric deck oven and wood fired oven

This is an all day class split up into a Theory portion along with Hands On Experience with dough, tomatoes and sauce ingredients hand stretching topping and baking.

  • Attire - you will receive t-shirt for class. Please write your size in the notes section when registering
  • Long pants and rubber bottom - non-slip shoes - pref.
  • Long hair tied back

Cancellation Policy: We require that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled class. If you have to cancel your class, we will offer you a credit to your account. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours (24 or less hours before the class), you will lose the payment for the class.

During Winter season if there is a Winter Weather Advisory in affect or there is inclement weather, we reserve the right to cancel within 24 hours notice.
