Summer flavors shine in this macaron class! Our culinary director will guide you through making two delicious flavors—Cookies and Cream and Raspberry. In this 3-hour class, you’ll learn to create the perfect batter, pipe the ideal shape, prepare tasty fillings, and assemble your macarons to perfection. These cute and colorful confections will always stand out in your baking repertoire as special, unique treats.

Ages 18+
Your chef instructor will teach you the proper techniques to elevate your cooking.
You will work in groups of 4 in a fun, hands-on environment led by our Chef Instructor.
Follow a recipe designed specifically for each class.
Class duration is roughly 2 hours unless otherwise noted above, and each student will enjoy a full meal of what you created during class. Cooking classes are held in our state-of-the-art Blue Star outfitted demonstration kitchen, and each class is led by an experienced chef instructor.
Wine, beer, and soft drinks will be available for purchase (sorry, no BYOB).
Students receive a 10% discount to shop before or after class.

We cannot make any substitutions on the day of class. Thank you for your understanding.
Cancellation Policy: We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations. If you need to cancel your class, we will offer you a credit to your account. You may use these credits for any future class. However, if you do not cancel at least 48 hours in advance (24 hours or less before the class), you will forfeit the payment for the class.
During the winter season, if a Winter Weather Advisory is in effect or if there is inclement weather, we reserve the right to cancel with 24 hours' notice. If registration does not reach a minimum of 4 attendees, we reserve the right to cancel within 24 hours.
