1-Day Detroit - October 2025
About this experience
This class takes a focused look at Detroit-style pizza, covering both traditional and contemporary approaches. Students will learn about the role of different cheeses, tomatoes and toppings in achieving the signature flavor and texture of Detroit pizza. Under Chef Dan's guidance you'll mix 2 doughs designed for each style, shape and bake in class and leave with the knowledge to recreate both versions at home. Each participant will also take home their Detroit pizza pan to continue practicing!
Cancellation Policy: We require that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled class. If you have to cancel your class, we will offer you a credit to your account. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours (24 or less hours before the class), you will lose the payment for the class.
During Winter season if there is a Winter Weather Advisory in affect or there is inclement weather, we reserve the right to cancel within 24 hours notice.
