There’s so much more you can do with an open bottle of vino than drink it! In this class, we explore Italy's wine’s many culinary uses. Practice incorporating different varietals into everything from poultry dishes to vinaigrettes. And we haven’t forgotten dessert—think pears poached in Montepulciano wine served with a wine-infused Zabaglione.

-Chicken vesuvio with potatoes and peas-Featuring Italian Pinot Griogio

-Radicchio and endive salad with toasted hazelnuts and a prosecco vinaigrette- Featuring Italian Prosecco

-Montepulciano poached pears with Cinnamon Zabaglione-Featuring Italian Montepulciano red wine and Marsala wine

Ages 18+
Your chef instructor will teach the proper techniques to elevate your cooking.
You will work in groups of 4 in a fun, hands-on environment led by our Chef Instructor.
Work from a recipe that was created for each specific class

Class is roughly 2 hours, unless otherwise noted above, and each student will enjoy a full meal of what you created in class
Cooking classes are conducted in our state-of-the-art Blue Star outfitted demonstration kitchen and each class is led by an experienced chef instructor.
Wine, beer and soft drinks are for sale (sorry, no BYOB)
Students receive a 10% to shop before or after class

Cancellation Policy: Tickets are non-refundable. We require that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled class. If you have to cancel your class, we will offer you a credit to your account. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours (24 or less hours before the class), you will lose the payment for the class.

During Winter season if there is a Winter Weather Advisory in affect or there is inclement weather, we reserve the right to cancel within 24 hours notice.

If registration is not above 4 attendees we reserve the right to cancel within 24 hours
