There is no better time to be in the kitchen than when Fall produce is at its peak. You'll learn a classic Italian Chicken Cacciatore dish building deep caramelized flavor with every baste. A creamy, silky polenta and a sweet and tangy squash dish that cuts through the richness with bright contrast. The evening closes with a slightly sweet and slightly salty take on an Italian classic dessert. You and your date will make a meal and memories that will stay with you for a long time.
 
-Classic Chicken Cacciatore
-Creamy Parmesan Polenta
-Roasted Acorn squash with lemon and chili
-Butterscotch and Sea Salt Budino

 

Ages 18+
Your chef instructor will teach the proper techniques to elevate your cooking.
You will work in groups of 4 in a fun, hands-on environment led by our Chef Instructor.
Work from a recipe that was created for each specific class


Class is roughly 2 hours, unless otherwise noted above, and each student will enjoy a full meal of what you created in class
Cooking classes are conducted in our state-of-the-art Blue Star outfitted demonstration kitchen and each class is led by an experienced chef instructor.
Wine, beer and soft drinks are for sale (sorry, no BYOB)
Students receive a 10% to shop before or after class

Cancellation Policy: Tickets are non-refundable. We require that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled class. If you have to cancel your class, we will offer you a credit to your account. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours (24 or less hours before the class), you will lose the payment for the class.

During Winter season if there is a Winter Weather Advisory in affect or there is inclement weather, we reserve the right to cancel within 24 hours notice.
