Escape for the evening to the rolling hills of Tuscany for an evening built on bold flavor and easy romance. You and your plus-one will sear juicy strip steaks and swirl a rich Chianti style pan sauce until it’s glossy and irresistible. Then, you’ll crisp up pillowy gnocchi and toss together a bright arugula salad finished with a lemon-Parmesan hint. The night ends on a sweet note with a refreshing strawberry basil sorbetto—simple, elegant and made to enjoy together.

Ages 18+

Your chef instructor will teach the proper techniques to elevate your cooking.
You will work in groups of 4 in a fun, hands-on environment led by our Chef Instructor.
Work from a recipe that was created for each specific class


Class is roughly 2 hours, unless otherwise noted above, and each student will enjoy a full meal of what you created in class
Cooking classes are conducted in our state-of-the-art Blue Star outfitted demonstration kitchen and each class is led by an experienced chef instructor.
Wine, beer and soft drinks are for sale (sorry, no BYOB)
Students receive a 10% to shop before or after class

We cannot make any substations the day of class. thank you for understanding.

Cancellation Policy: We require that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled class. If you have to cancel your class, we will offer you a credit to your account. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours (24 or less hours before the class), you will lose the payment for the class.

During Winter season if there is a Winter Weather Advisory in affect or there is inclement weather, we reserve the right to cancel within 24 hours notice.
