Date Night - Tuscan Steakhouse Style Meal November 2026

There are four delicious courses of Tuscan classics for you and your companion in this hands-on class! Our Chef Steph will guide you through each delectable course—first up, an antipasto of Roasted Tomato and Olive Crostini, then we’ll whip up light and pillowy potato gnocchi for our primi dish. For the secondi course, you’ll learn to sear a hearty strip steak to perfection and create a wine-based pan sauce. And last but not least, dolce! For dessert, you’ll enjoy a light and flavorful panna cotta enhanced by honey and figs.

Ages 18+

Your chef instructor will teach the proper techniques to elevate your cooking.
You will work in groups of 4 in a fun, hands-on environment led by our Chef Instructor.
Work from a recipe that was created for each specific class

Class is roughly 2 hours, unless otherwise noted above, and each student will enjoy a full meal of what you created in class
Cooking classes are conducted in our state-of-the-art Blue Star outfitted demonstration kitchen and each class is led by an experienced chef instructor.
Wine, beer and soft drinks are for sale (sorry, no BYOB)
Students receive a 10% to shop before or after class

Cancellation Policy: Tickets are non-refundable. We require that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled class. If you have to cancel your class, we will offer you a credit to your account. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours (24 or less hours before the class), you will lose the payment for the class.

During Winter season if there is a Winter Weather Advisory in affect or there is inclement weather, we reserve the right to cancel within 24 hours notice.
