Welcome to Detroit! Well, in pizza form anyway. In this class, our very own Master instructor will show you how to mix your own Detroit style pizza dough. You will learn how to shape the dough and top it anyway you wish. The best part is, you will learn how to make that iconic Detroit frico cheese crust. You will enjoy your pizza here with a mixed green salad and chef's choice of dessert. You also get to bring home the rest of your masterpiece in your very own pan. That's right, when you sign up for this Detroit class, we will give you the pan to take home to be able to make Detroit pizzas at home again and again.

Ages 18+

Your chef instructor will teach the proper techniques to elevate your cooking.
You will work in groups of 4 in a fun, hands-on environment led by our Chef Instructor.
Work from a recipe that was created for each specific class


Class is roughly 2 hours, unless otherwise noted above, and each student will enjoy a full meal of what you created in class
Cooking classes are conducted in our state-of-the-art Blue Star outfitted demonstration kitchen and each class is led by an experienced chef instructor.
Wine, beer and soft drinks are for sale (sorry, no BYOB)
Students receive a 10% to shop before or after class

We cannot make any substations the day of class. thank you for understanding.

Cancellation Policy: We require that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled class. If you have to cancel your class, we will offer you a credit to your account. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours (24 or less hours before the class), you will lose the payment for the class.

During Winter season if there is a Winter Weather Advisory in affect or there is inclement weather, we reserve the right to cancel within 24 hours notice.
